Lucky Shell 
Increases defense of all units and foot soldiers can capture a little faster. Luck also increases a little.
Mirror Shield 
Greatly increases defense of all units and foot soldiers can capture a little faster. Also, a counterattacking unit deals the same HP damage as the enemy inflicts.

To unlock Tact as a playable CO, you must first get Ending 3, 4, or 5 on either Normal Campaign or Hard Campaign. Then, he will be available for purchase at Battle Maps for 1000 points.
